Richard loves to eat and has traveled the world over from a home base in NYC and Miami to satisfy his hunger.  Picking up techniques all along the way either behind the stove working for free at a place that just blew his mind or sitting in the dining room eating.  For Blackbrick the above said eating and/or stints as a stage happened in Hong Kong, Sichuan and Dongbei. No tweezers just good cookin'
